It can be natively in XP. Or, if you wish to drag and drop files directly
to CD or save directly to CD you can look into applications such as Easy
Media Creator, www.roxio.com or Nero, www.nero.com, both of which have
packet writing components that, once installed, let you format a CD thus
allowing you to do the above functions.
