Cd-Rw media corrupted, is there a fix to retrieve data from disc?

Looking for a solution to a problem that I have
encountered. Have 2 weeks worth of photos and what-nots
on a CD rewritable disc and I am now getting an error
telling me that the disc is corrupted and unreadable. I
didn't have a back-up, is there a way to retrieve my
data. If so, please tell me how.
