I went to burn a CD with Musicmatch which I have done
hundreds of times and found I didn't have a CD or CD-RW
drive. I removed both drives from the computer and had XP
pick it up, which they did, but it could not reinstall
them because of error 39 - corrupt or missing drive. I
can't find my original CD but don't know if that's all
that important since if I did not have a conflict XP would
pick it up.
This is my last ditch effort otherwise I'm afraid I will
have to reformat the drive which I sure do hate to do.
