Hello, all:

I have a Laptop (IBM T20)with CD/RW combo. But I cannot
see the CD-ROM in My Computer. From Device Manager, the
Matshita DUJA310 can be seen, but yellow excalmatory mark
on it. There is message"Your registry might be corrupted
(code19)". In event viewer"ID:7000 Source:Service Control
Manager ; The Cdralw2k service failed to start due to the
following error:The service cannot be started, either
because it is disabled or because it has no enabled
devices associated with it." I reinstall the driver, edit
the registry, and restart but doesn't work. I tried the
CD/RW in another Laptop, it works fine. Would you please
give me some ideas? Thank you!

Check your Device Manager: Do you have both a Primary and
a Secondary IDE Channel Controller? Do they both work?
