Have you actually tried to burn a CD? It's not unusual for the drive to
appear as a standard CD-ROM drive in My Computer or Windows Explorer.
You have not defined the issue. If the above is not the issue, what happens
when you try to burn a CD? Are you talking about audio CDs or are you
talking about CDs to which you wish to drag and drop files as you would to a
floppy drive?
If there are any error messages, please post them as well.
