Is this a Microsoft CD?! This isn't Microsoft, you know, this is a
peer-to-peer newsgroup. If you wish to purchase a Microsoft product, contact
your local software store or Microsoft subsidiary.

If they really want people to purchase that CDrom, then
the advertisement should have a hyperlink that allows you
do so.

I suspect what you are looking for is this:

The magazine, I believe, is "Windows XP: The Official Magazine", published
by Future Publishing Ltd. in the UK. The magazine sells here in my area of
the US at the Borders bookstore chain. This monthly magazine is sold with
"Cover CDs", in both CD and DVD versions. I suspect that the CD you are
looking for was one of those. If so, you might want to contact the
publisher to see if they still have a back issue available with the disk you
