CD-ROM

I recently installed a burner to my PC. After I installed the Roxio
CD-Burner software and rebooted the computer, it caused both of my CD-ROMs to
disappear.

When I looked in Device Mgr, both CD-ROMs are there, but now have a yellow
exclamation point on BOTH of them. When I click on them, it says, "Your
registry might be corrupted (Code 19)". I've tried uninstalling them and let
Windows reinstall them. I'd disabled the burner (in the BIOS) and tried to
reinstall the cd-rom reader. But I can't get the regular cd-rom to work now.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't mind going into the registry to modify
it if it'll solve the problem, without having to reinstall the whole OS.

That is AFAIK a known issue.
