CD ROM

My computer suddenly does't recognize my CD-ROM. It
happened after I installed Adaptec CD wizard and CD
creator. So far I've gotten code 31 Errors. The
computers says in can't load the drivers needed for the
device. When I try to update devices everything installs
correctly but I still cant see the CD-ROM.
 
then u simply try to uninstall the adaptec thing and see. this is not a group policy problem.

try asking support from adaptec.
