CD Rom Tray Problem

Something is causing my cd rom tray to keep opening and closing. I've done everything I can think of to make it stop. run virus scan, adaware scan, system restore(back way before it possibly could have happend). I do regular updates, disk cleanup. Could someone help me fix this?
 
No. It has sprits when it will no open and close continously, like it will stay open..and i close it and then few minutes later it will start opening and closing.....
 
might be a dodgy sensor inside thinking its jammed so it opens and trys again, send it back to the manufacturer or replace it
 
ok so it been good all day today until i just tried to download an update for my other computer and it started up agian? I think its a virus but i can't find it
