Both drives have disabled themselves. Have tried to to enable them on the
Post Screen in the Bios System but pressing the tab bar does nothing and my
puter just carry's on booting up.
Any Ideas?

Try the F2 or Del keys as the machine is starting to POST if you are trying
to enter the BIOS.
