I ic00h3w00 Sep 10, 2003 #2 My CD drive has suddenly stopped recognising disks after using a program from a cd. After running Norton antivirus it informs me that the disk drive is "locked by a disk utility" How do I unlock the drive please. Thank you, Carol.
