CD-ROM Drive won't run

I have installed this game but I can't play it. Everytime I put in the CD-ROM
the CD will spin but then after 20 seconds it will stop. I've gone into "Add
or Remove Programs" but whenever I do that it wants me to reinstall it. Now,
I have downloaded demos to this game before and the trail has expired, could
that have something to do with it? I have now bought the CD-ROM for the the
game but now I'm having these problems.

whats the game/install then double click on the icon for the game

I did that like a hundred times and the hour glass shows up next to the
cursor but then it goes away and the game won't start.

sounds like a conflict check with game support web site unless all your cd
do it then its the drive.
