We have two computers in our office that have windows xp
and we cannot use INCD on either as it appears INCD is
not caompatible with Windows XP. Is there another CD-
Rewritable software package out there that is compatible

What Version? I checked the website below and it said that
Ver 4.2.4.1 is Win XP compatible.

No, that's not correct. Older versions may not be compatible, but
newer ones are.
