Is there an easy way to detect/verify a blank CD-R vs an
apparently blank CD-R that was actually used but had a
buffer underrun occur?
If I install a blank CD-R in my drive, and I use Explorer
to view the drive, I get an "incorrect function" error
message. This appears to be the same message you get when
you installed a CD-R that has been ruined by a buffer
underrun.
