CD-R use

Once I have burned a CD-R can I add to it if all the storage is not used up.
I feel I should know the answer to this but I don't.
 
It depends on how you burned it. If you used Roxio or Nero and DID NOT
finalize the disk you can add to it, if finalized you cannot. CD-R's cannot
be erased, they are a one time burn only. Disks that are not finalized will
not play until finalized.
