CD Problem with MS Outlook Inside Out Manual

I have received two copies of the Microsoft
manual "Outlook Version 2002 Inside Out" by Jim Boyce and
each had a warped CD in it. I need to know how to get a
replacement CD as the vendor will not send anymore copies
of the manual.
