I went to the web site to see just how long it would take me to download the
sp2 once I am ready to do so. it says 4 hrs and 51 minutes. So.... no
wonder I have been reading that broadband is a blessing. I have dial up. The
option to order the cd just became available TODAY!! So, If I wait the 4-6
weeks to get this cd, do you suppose it will take minutes rather than
hours?? Is the cd a better option for me that I am not very experienced in
configuring stuff??In other words, will it walk me through the steps on the
cd more so than on the web site?? If I get an automatic update for me to
install sp2, will it also be 4 hrs and 51 minutes? SOrry I have lots of
questions but I'd appreciate your input. thanks

The CD will install in about 30 minutes, so will the
downloaded with auto-update once the download has completed
in the approx. 5 hours. Just turn your computer ON, connect
and go to bed. You can download the IT version in about
25+ hours on dial-up, so you can see that the auto-update
with the system scan is much smaller.
