cd key

I recently purchased a new computer and thought that I
would install my microsoft 2000 pro programs, only to
realize that I no longer have the cd key number. is
there a way around this? I cant remember when I
purchased this cd set, and have no idea where the key
went. Thanks!!
 
Not really a registry issue.
