Cd key problem

I just recently purchased Age of Mythology with the Titans expansion. I keep
getting the can not validate cd key box when i try to go online. I tried all
the fixes on Microsoft's website. I also recently found out that Valusoft who
i publishing it now is using the same cd key over and over again. I am not
getting anywhere with them now what should I do?

Really? Same problem here, but when I to use the support option, it wants me
to pay 63,00 EUR plus sales tax for that (the game costed 10.00), saying that
all the free support requests for the entered Product ID are used up. Which
is the core of a problem, as according to multiple reports all over the world
AOM Titans is being distributed by Ubisoft and others using one and the same
CD Key/Product ID. Good work, indeed, screwing up people who DO buy their
software. Any other ideas?

If the webform is not accepting your PID, call the toll free
or local number provided through the support site to speak
to a support representative to get the PID issue sorted out.
