CD File Listing

Which facility would be suitable to just list the contents of a CD or
DVD? I don't want to trawl through folders or just look at numbered
compressed files (ie W98_31 etc).I would like names, svp !

It isn't exactly what I was looking for, but it certainly has made life
easier when looking for a file on any drive.
