CD Drives not recognized after loading EasyCD Creator

I loaded EasyCD Creator on my pc which has WinXP Pro and
now my DVD and CDRW drives are not recognized. I try
updating drivers but I get a message that says"Can't find
a better driver". Anyone got an answer.
 
I am having the same problem. If you find out anything
please let me know...and I will do the same

Depends on the version of easycd creator you installed.

If you go to the roxio website it shows which versions of
easycd creator are compatible with windows xp. Also offers
software updates for some versions of easycd creator.
Version 5.0 is okay with free download software update
version 6.0 is okay with no update. Going through the
same problem with my cdwriter drive not being able to burn
in windows xp
