I used the cd gone pache to fix my cd drive. then i rebooted.
now whenever i click on my cd drive with audio cd in it, it says "This file
does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create
an association in the Folder Options control panel."
Can anyone help me with this.

Autorun.inf may be the culprit. If Windows finds a file called AUTORUN.INF
in the root directory of a CD then it follows the instructions in this file
to run a program.

Go here...

Read the instructions. Then get...

INF File Association Fix (Restore the default assocation for INF files)

It may also be that the file assocciation is for some file, with a different
extention, in the autorun.inf itself.
