Hi

Whenever I try to play a cd on my PC it doesn't work. It used to work fine, but now cannot read the disc. The D: drive shows up as empty, and therefore Media Player and Real One cannot see any information to play. Any ideas

Do they work on a friend's PC ? If so it could be that your drive is
knackered. Replace it.

Cheers,

Try rebooting your PC before inserting a new disk or another disk. See if it reads then. If not, you may need another CD-Rom drive.

mine is the same way. when i open the roxio cd creater it says "pleasei nsert a blank disc", even when i have one in there. and i go to drivers and it says both my cd drives (burner and DVD) are in use by "null". anyone know what null is?

Null is computer-speak for "nothing".
