cd drive not found

hi, im trying to hook up one of my old pcs but im having
some problems........im trying to get the 2 cd rom drives
to work but in windows explorer or anywhere else it doesnt
show the drives but it does show the floppy drive but the
weird thing is i dont have a floppy drive in it! any1 got
any advice? thx
