R Roger Oct 2, 2003 #1 Trying to load office and the drive either cannot be opened or it shows nothing. What is the matter?
P Pam Oct 2, 2003 #2 Just asking: Do you have Roxio 5.0 loaded? I had a similar problem after I loaded Roxio 5.0 - needed to go the the Roxio site to download upgrade to V5.35. Problem fixed - now can get the disk out and it reads it every time
