Hi, I was using Cd Creator to copy some pictures files. I inserted an already used Cd; of course, Cd Creator was not able to copy over it, it gave me a warning error message. Then, I couldn't eject Cd drive anymore. I re-started computer without any successful. I check the driver, and it says driver is working properly. This is an CD-R recordable plus DVD player. Any suggestions would be so much appreciated. Ian.

ian,

- If necessary, turn off the computer

- On the front of the CD/DVD drive tray, locate and then carefully insert a
stiff wire,

such as a straightened paper clip, into the manual eject hole

- When resistance is felt, gently press harder until the drive tray opens
slightly

- Slide the tray open all the way

Hi
Manually eject it by inserting a paper clip in the small
manual eject hole on the front of the cd, then try a good
cd. It may not like your format.
