cd compartment

[confused]

My cd compartment just stopped working...How can I run backups if the cd
compartment is not working??? How can I fix this problem and have that
working again????

If you are not skilled at hardware troubleshooting and/or replacing hardware
like CD/DVD drives, find someone who is and ask them to assist you.
