I have tried to burn cd's but not having any luck. This is a new problem that
just occurred. When i put my cd in to burn, it converts, and starts to
transfer from my library to the new cd. After it is compleated the cd is
blank. What is going on?

How did you check that your CD is blank? If you created and finalized a
music disk and check using Windows Explorer in the Properties it may show as
0 (zero) bytes.
But, if you created an audio/data/MP3 disk it will show the tracks. Now I
am assuming you are using CD-Rs, right? Also, what application are you using
to
burn CDs? If this is a "new" problem, try a Restore of your system to before
the problem started. Using Restore you can go back up to 90 days.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
