CD Burning with dual boot

For my business, I have four computers that are dual boot with XP and Vista.
On the computers I used XP to burn a CD, the Vista CD burning utility gives
me an error message. On the computers I used Vista, the XP utility gives me
an error message. Rebooting does not cure this. Any suggestions?
