Cd burning - no menu

Mrs Kara Atkinson

After pressing "Picure Tasks" and "Copy to CD", I only see half of the menu
appear on the top left-hand corner of my screen. The options are "Copy
Here", "Move Here", Create Shortcuts Here" and "Cancel". I cannot access
the "Send To" option to record onto a disk. I have tried going to Start,
Run and typing REGSVR32SHIMGVW.DLL and it says it is fixed.

I also cannot enabl ethe drive to record as there is no Recordable tab in
Properties. The annoying thing is that this used to work okay!
