cd burners

i am new to computing and just got xp service pack 2. with dvd-rw. what i
want to know is can i burn cds from this? anyone any suggestions on how i get
one programme to intergrate with another. thank you all in advance.

Dude! Do you have a Dell? If so, you've probably got "Dell
Jukebox". This is what they say about it: Easy to use music player
and CD burning software. Do a search for "jukebox". I haven't tried
it yet (my computer is probably newer than yours) but you'll see
there's a panel on the left with a button to rip/copy from CD and
another one to burn your new CD.
