Cd burned under Xp...Mac compatible?

I need to burn files (photos) on a cd running Win Xp.

Are they readable with a Mac?

If not, what should I do?

CD formats for a finalized CD, not a packet writer, are
cross platform. If you make a standard photo or music CD it
should work PC or Mac.
