Thanks, but it's no good inserting a table. The table size changes when I
insert text AND I am unable to centre the box, so cannot re-insert it to
print on reverse.

Turn off auto resizing in the table and specify a preferred with and exact
height for each cell. That's about as specific as I can be without knowing
what version of Word you're using.
