Cd Autostart

Cd-s will not autostart. The cd will not be read until I click on it in My
computer. In properties the autostart is missing. I have general,
hardware, sharing and recording, but no autoplay. Is there any way to
resurrect it? The player works. Will autoplay, once it read the disk.
I would be gratefull for any ideas

Hi,

There is a utility here that will reset the autoplay defaults:
ftp://12.107.147.141/WinXP%20Autorun%20fix/

Just copy it to your system and double-click it to run.

Hi! Frank:
Open Help and Support and in the search box type "cdrom" then search. My
computer has a tool to activate Auto Run. I don't know if they all do but
its worth a try.
