What's New[17th Jan 08]
CCleaner v2.04
- Added system tray icon when background cleaning.
- Added minimize to system tray option.
- Optimized file deletion routines.
- Improved Firefox file analysis speed.
- Added text status info for slow cleaning processes.
- Added program icons to the uninstall tool.
- Fixed bug with saving window location when maximized.
- Fixed bug with 64bit OS registry keys.
- Fixed cookie issue with foreign language usernames.
- Fixed bug with running CCleaner as a scheduled task.
- Added Netscape 9.0 support.
- Updated Antivir and Foxit Reader cleaning.
- Minor GUI tweaks and fixes.
- Other minor bug fixes.

The latest version, CCleaner v2.04.543, always finds the below when ran.
Delete, and it immediately comes back.

IE Temporary Internet Files (2 files) 0.16MB

With the previous versions, once deleted, it was gone. Anyone else
experiencing this behavior?

Hi Bill, It's been hard to get back here on the NG the last couple of days
And here is what i get : IE Temporary Internet Files (14 Files) 0.56MB -
These files are not being cleaned, Tonight i tried downloading IE Spell
three different times and it didn't take so i've removed all three times.
And used CCleaner after each removel and i still have the same files
remaining. Can this be related to the server problems ? Ron

Don't think it's a server problem. I have reverted back to the previous
version of CCleaner and all is well.

Hi Bill,

SO i tested the old and the new and both have the files there!
IE Temporary Internet Files (3 files) 0,21MB
This are hidden / system files
C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
desktop.ini
Content.IE5\
desktop.ini
Index.dat

Normal files that belong there!
