Recently, I turn on my computer and as Windows or any Windows app launched a
pop-up appears that is trying to install ccCommon. After trying to install
this file, another pop-up appears that states it can't find the file. Is
there any way to correct this problem?

ccCommon is part of your Norton software, so you have a question for
Symantec technical support.
