ccapp errors

i ahve norton 2004 and outlook 2002 on me. when checking
email i get error-ccap caused error....asengbay.dll and
when i clicked i got the ccap error mserv.dll. help is
appreciated.

I have just experienced a similar problem. I used AV 2004 and AntiSpam
as well, with Outlook 2000, and my research shows that asengbay.dll is
an AS file. I couldn't find a simple solution, so I uninstalled AS,
rebooted and installed again. The problem has gone away. It is possible
that a virus caused the problem, although AV should have picked it up,
and a scan did not reveal a problem. It is more likely (in my case at
least) that AS got itself corrupted.
