Can you use this prog with 98SE .

Yup, it appears so as the changelog lists the line "Updated Advanced Cache delete for Windows 98" :)
 
Cheers . A blind lady has asked me to see if I can speed up her pc as its slowing down and I don't know squat about 98SE .
