Category View does not work. Will not sort by Category

Up until recently, contacts was working fine, showing all views ie:Detailed
Addressbook, Phone List, Company & category.

Now when I ask for the category view it appears like the phone list. It is
no longer sorting by category.

I have Outlook 2003, XPpro SP2 and have not added any new software or
hardware.
 
Also show the Group By Box so you can see what is going on (it's on the
Advanced Toolbar).
