Hi,
I am having a couple problems with my Outlook address book. I have Outlook
2000.
1. I do not have the option of “categories†showing at the bottom of an open
contact when I select “new†contact. How can I have it appear so I can
categorize my contacts?
2. I have a contact that I input where there is a last name of “de Campos;â€
there is a first name that I input as well; I input a name in “company;†I
asked the system to “view as†with the company name appearing first then the
person’s last name second. I have done this to others and it worked nicely.
This time, however, it appears as the company name and does not even show the
person’s last or first name when I am in the contacts list (card view). Any
ideas why this is happening? Could it be because the last name is “de
Campos†and is throwing off the system?
Any assistance would be wonderfully appreciated!
Thanks!
Kathy
