And another way (just to clear up the "I can't sort by Category" aspect)
You
cannot sort by Category, but you can group by Category, or as Diane
described, filter By Category. There's a view called By Category which
groups by Category. Turn on the Advancd Toolbar and you will see a set
of
available vews.
