I work for a private equity firm...I have created categories in the Master
Category List so that we can sort by Limited Partnership name, (we have
several i.e. Fund I, Fund II, Fund III) Then I created categories for the
Carbon Copy Contacts for each of these Funds. Now after creating all these
categories I wanted to train our receptionist on how to tag individuals with
these categories I created. But she cannot see the categories that I
created. Why not? and, is it possible? Keep in mind that this address book
we are working from is a public folder. Any help you can provide would be
