Catalyst 4.2 terrible with windowfx window dragging animation

I had to go back to the 4.1's (Omegas) and those work fine.

I had to go back to the 4.1's (Omegas) and those work fine.

I always turn off VPU recover, that can make the Start Menu on mine slow.
