Cat322.exe on windows 2000 server

Hello,

Since few days, I have a process "Cat322.exe" run and it takes 60/70 %
of CPU time.
I think it's a new virus.
I restart my pc on Safe Mode and delete the exe
(c:\winnt\system32\cat322.exe), but when i reboot in normaly mode the
file is recreated.
So , if anybody know a antivirus or a solution, please contact me .

send a copy of the file to a reputable AV company for analysis.
