Cat.exe : false positive

The program cat.exe (unix cat utility for windows) is
falsely detected as the "Dutch Porn Dialer".
The file size is 16KB.
This is the output from the --ver commandline option:

The description of cat.exe here: http://castlecops.com/StartupList.html
says it's the MS-Connect dialler. No file size listed.
The CLSID or MD5 checksum needs to be inspected rather than the name of
the suspected file.
