AA is not being applied when I force it in the CCC. I now have to
manually set in game for AA to work.

Also I am getting weird textures in DOOM3:ROE , so I uninstalled and
installed 7.3, everything ok now

I noticed Oblivion had to be told to redetect the hardware (by running the
launcher) for AA to kick in. It's possible your game is doing the same. i.e.
the action of restarting the video after "applying" in-game options actually
caused AA to kick in, if you turn off AA in-game now but force it on in CCC,
AA will probably behave properly.

The bugfix in Adobe Reader is long overdue. Previously, if you went into
Adobe Reader, Edit -> Preferences -> Page Display -> Rendering and enabled
"use 2D GPU acceleration", while AA is forced in CCC, page corruption would
result.

I haven't actually tried the Adobe Reader 2D GPU acceleration yet. How is
it? (with Cat 7.4)

I don't see a "use 2D GPU acceleration" option there - Adobe Reader 8.

It works pretty well, offsetting the bloat introduced by Acrobat 8.0 over
7.0...

Panning and rotating objects in Acrobat 3D is pretty smooth as well, with
FSAA too if you enable it in CCC.
