Cat 3.9's Are Crappy Too?? Whats Going On??!!

Is ATI trying to kill its consumer market by releasing bad drivers?!
I am having the same problems with 3.9 as with 3.8.
I had to go back to 3.7 AGAIN

Are you seeing this with MMC? That's an MMC 8.6 and 8.7 issue; not the
Radeon drivers. ATI claims it is only an issue with the PC Check
utility, but I think it's suspicious that I never had any frames drop
until 8.6 and 8.7 came out. Install MMC 8.5 for MMX support.

They just have "beta" testers that aren't worth a crap, or they only
play a few things. Nice to know that in 5 years, ATI hasn't changed
much at all. ::sigh::
