Cashing at Startup

Hi. I installed Antispy beta and the installation went
fine. When I try to start the program it crashes I get a
error report window. The target icon appears in the
taskbar but when you double click on it the same crash
happens. Is there known conflicts with Athlon 64
processors, Zone Alarm Pro, Norton Anti Virus, Firefox or
Active Sync? I tried to uninstall and reinstall the
program and the same thing happens. I'm using XP with SP2,
AMD athlon 64, Abit MB, 1 gig ram. Any ideas on an issue
like this one? Thanks for any help.
 
I run the product at home on an athlon 64 (32 bit windows) w/o any problem.
Continue to submit the application crash to us so if it is something in the
app we will be able to investigate.

I've also got Microsoft Antispyware running on an Athlon 64, 32 bit OS. No
problems, but also no Zone Alarm and no Active Synch.
 
can I email this error report to you directly to find out
what is going on here faster?
