hi someone bought me a second hand ds lite from cash generator

but am not happy with it

one it came with no power pack (odd really) and there a white mark on the bottom screen

it,s still got the 7 days money back on it

so can i go back to the shop and get a full refund?

Said person who purchased said DS for you from Cash Generator, needs to take said bought DS back to them, not rocket science is it ? :D

Hi Mickael 555 the answer provided you return it to the store within the 7 days and with the receipt as it has been supplied incomplete even though it is second hand and provided it was sold as a complete item. Should the shop decline to honour the refund or change for a complete item I would get in touch with your Local Authorities Trading Standards Department.

thanks it does say 7 days money back just i did,nt see what it look like untill today.it does work just am not happy with the way the ds is in.no power pack and marks on the front and a white mark on the bottom screen
