I'm setting up a PC for video editing that not only requires many hard
drives bays but also frequent swapping of hard drives.

Are there ATX cases that do not require screws to add/remove hard drives?

I tried to find one myself on newegg, but there is no way to tell how easy
it is to add/remove drives, other than looking at the photos and guessing.

Hi Peter, you could consider a removable hard drive
caddy.
One example here...

You just fit the outer case, and plug the HD assy, in and out.

I have a Gigabyte Poseidon which is mostly screwless. No screws required
for PCI slots or any drives, very easy to remove hard drives. The cage
faces the side of the case so as soon as you take the side off they can be
pulled out straight away

Available in silver and black.

Thermaltake cases have slot in drive bays. You have plastic sliders
that clip onto the HDD and it just slides into the bay.
